Been waiting for this day with anticipation and it was lovely. Max is well enough to get out in the water for the first time in weeks, and the 20mph+ spring winds eased up. Sunny and small but with a nice little SSW bump. Some texture to the water but no NW winds. Chatted with Rick and Bob (shoulder-length hair) about the Mitsu and conditions in general. They’d found a nice right north of the hotel. We opted to head out near the south and surprisingly I got a couple of fun rides. Later, moved more north near where I saw Dave paddle out and got a fast, little left. Wee!
