After getting married on Oahu and spending several amazing days with our family and friends, we began our surf honeymoon adventure in Waikiki with a week’s worth of lessons with Girls Who Surf. We were so excited!
The first lesson was in the afternoon and we waited for them to pick us up from the hotel. Turns out Reid was on the other side of the Marriott to pick us up and we missed him. Sorted it out and Mito came and brought us over to Ala Moana Beach Park. We had a super fast lesson on the beach with Mito showing us how to paddle and pop-up. Then, it was into the water for the paddle out. Reid was spotting waves and telling us when to paddle. Caught all the waves I went for! Stoked.
